Chicken bone grass pig Hengli soup

Efficacy: clearing away heat, detoxification, removing dampness and reducing liver fire


Ingredients: a hand of chicken bone grass, a hand of job's tears, a hand of mung bean a small, a hand of candied date, a pig spleen, 500 g lean meat.


Soak the pig spleen several times, remove the white fascia and scald it. Put all the ingredients into the stew pot, pour in water, bring to a boil over a high heat and simmer for 1 hour. Last, add salt when it ready.
