Porridge with chestnut and lean meat


Materials: chestnut 100 g, rice 250 g, lean meat 100 g.

Efficacy: nourishing stomach and spleen, strengthening tendons and activating blood circulation, hemostasis and detumescence


1) Peel the chestnut shell and impurities, cut into small pieces

2) Wash the lean meat and chop it into minced meat.

3) Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and cooking oil, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.
